  • Amos Hall - this 50,000 square foot facility is located on the Oakland Campus of the University of Pittsburgh. The facility houses sororities on the second through ninth floors, with the ground floor containing a fitness center and a PNC Bank branch.
  • 50,000 square foot renovation of existing sorority building on the Oakland Campus.
  • New systems included four-pipe heating and cooling systems and building ventilation.
  • Existing campus chilled water was utilized for cooling media. Local campus steam was converted to hot water via heat exchangers for distribution.
  • New plumbing fixtures were selected for the building, and new distribution piping was provided.
  • Existing sprinkler system was modified to accommodate renovation.
